The signature on this application is a release of liability to FFC and any one associated with the organization. No one signing this form will hold FFC, its members, or its officials responsible for any act or incident that may occur during or relating to a team event. This signature also confirms that you have read the Rules and Regulations and will adhere to them at all times during an FFC event. All minors must have a separate consent form filled out and signed by their legal guardian. By signing this form you are also granting FFC the right to use, display or post on the club web site any pictures taken during club functions that may display you and your gear, boat or vehicle.
